Driving a commercial motor vehicle requires long, hard hours on the road. Federal law requires that drivers of commercial motor vehicles receive regular “Department of Transportation Medical Examinations.” DOT physicals detect mental, physical and emotional issues that can affect a driver’s ability to safely drive a commercial vehicle. Our DOT medical examiners are specially trained to understand specific regulations and prevent drivers from being incorrectly disqualified.
